【摘要】 目的 探讨肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)基因-238位点基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与有机磷中毒中间综合征的关联性。方法 对36例有机磷中毒中间综合征(实验组)患者运用多聚酶链反应技术检测TNFα基因-238位点的SNP。并与67例急性重度有机磷中毒(对照组)比较。结果 实验组TNFα-238G/G、G/A、A/A表型频率分别为0.778、0.104、0.028;对照组分别为0.940、0.060、0.000。实验组TNFα-238G、TNFα-238A基因频率分别为0.875、0.125;对照组分别为0.970、0.030。TNFα-238G/A各种基因型频率在实验组与对照组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TNFα-238G/A基因多态性与有机磷中毒中间综合征有关联性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the tumor necrosis factor α(TNFa) gene- 238 loci gene single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) and the relevance to intermediate syndrome of organophosphorus poisoning.Methods Thirty- six patients with intermediate syndrome of organophosphorus poisoning were detected the TNFα gene- 238 SNPs by polymerase chain reaction technology.The data of TNFα SNPs were analyzed between intermediate syndrome of organophosphorus poisoning and acute severe organophosphorus poisoning(control).Results Intermediate syndrome of organophosphorus poisoning group of TNFα- 238G/G,G/A and A/A phenotypic frequency were0.778,0.104 and 0.028,respectively;the acute severe organophosphate poisoning were 0.940,0.060 and 0.000,respectively.Intermediate syndrome of organophosphorus poisoning group of TNFα-238 G,TNFα- 238 A gene frequency were 0.875,0.125;the acute severe organophosphate poisoning were0.970 and 0.030.TNFα gene-238G/A variety of genotype frequencies between intermediate syndrome of organophosphorus poisoning group and acute severe organophosphate poisoning the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TNFα gene- 238G/A polymorphism has correlation with intermediate syndrome of organophosphorus poisoning.更多还原
