Recent advances in research of the angiogenesis generation basing on PI3K/Akt signaling pathway after the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion
【Abstract】 PI3K/Akt signaling pathway involving in the microvascular generation in ischemic penumbra after the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion provides a new way for the clinical treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. This paper summarizes the newest research about the role of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in the blood capillary generation after the cerebral ischemia- reperfusion by regulating the expression of HIF,VEGF and related factors and subsequently promoting vascular EPCs homing and VEC migration, etc.
