【Abstract】 Using 4-androstenedione as raw material, 5α-chloro-6β-hydroxy-androst-3,17-dione was synthesized via carbonyl protection, halogen hydroxylation of double bound and hydrolysis deprotection. The effect of protecting agent, catalyst, halogen hydroxylation agent and temperature were discussed. A better technological condition was obtained with the total yields of 88%.更多还原
