带金属O型环法兰的密封性能有限元分析

【摘要】 借助有限元分析软件ANSYS,综合考虑了法兰各部件间的接触作用、螺栓预紧作用以及O型环的材料非线性,对一使用金属O型环密封的非标准法兰进行密封性能分析.参考ASME规范,校核了法兰的密封性能.进一步的计算表明:在一定条件下,O型环和法兰密封面间的最大接触压力与内压之间存在线性相关性.进而结合操作密封比压与内压之间的关系,可以得到法兰的极限内压.对于使用金属O型环密封的法兰连接结构,该研究能为法兰的优化设计与密封性能预测提供参考.

【Abstract】 The sealing performance of non-standard flange sealed with the metal O-ring is analyzed with finite element analysis software ANSYS,considering the contact interaction between components,the bolt pretension and the material nonlinearity of the O-ring.The flange sealing performance is checked according to ASME code.The numeric results indicate that,in some condition,there is a linear correlation between internal pressures and maximum contact pressure on the sealing interface between the O-ring and flange.Then the flange sealing performance can be predicted by the relationship between operation sealing pressures and internal pressures.The study provides reference value for optimization design and sealing performance prediction of the flange sealed with the metal O-ring.
