【摘要】 目的观察中西医结合治疗创伤性脑积水的临床疗效。方法将本院收治的65例慢性创伤性脑积水患者随机分为两组,治疗组36例,对照组29例,对照组给予减少脑脊液分泌、降低颅内压等常规西药治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用丹参五苓汤鼻饲或口服。入院当天及4周时分别评估患者神经功能缺损程度及CT片中脑积水程度,对比疗效。结果治疗组在神经功能缺损及脑积水程度方面的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗创伤性脑积水能够在很大程度上改善患者的预后,避免了手术所带来的各种并发症,为创伤性脑积水的治疗开辟新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of post-traumatic hydrocephalus. Methods 65 cases of post-traumatic hydrocephalus were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group(36 cases) were given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The control group(29 cases) were given routine western medicine. The clinical data of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The effective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05) Conclusion Post-traumatic hydrocephalus treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was reliable.更多还原
