【摘要】 鄂尔多斯盆地内矿产资源尤其是能源矿产资源丰富,对于我国经济建设有着重要的意义与作用。为了促进盆地内矿产资源高效合理利用,对相关文献资料和数据展开分析,并在实地调研的基础上对盆地内能源矿产(油气、煤炭、煤层气、铀)勘查开发现状进行分析,发现盆地内能源矿产勘查开发存在着总体勘查程度不均衡、综合勘查开发效率较低、矿业权叠置问题突出、资源管理存在一定缺位等方面的问题,并对这些问题产生的原因展开了讨论,进而分别从观念、机构设置、管理政策与措施等方面提出了改进的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ordos basin abounds in energy resources with significance to China’s economy. In order to promote the reasonable development and utilization of mineral resources in Ordos basin,this paper,based on references,data and field investigation,analyzes the exploration and development situation of energy resources,including oil,gas,coal, coal bed methane and uranium,finds issues such as imbalanced exploration,low development efficiency,overlapping mining rights and poor management,discusses the causes and presents suggestions from ideas,organization setting, management policy and approaches.更多还原
