响应面分析法优化过氧化氢补充漂白工艺

【摘要】 采用响应面分析法优化臭氧漂白后的过氧化氢漂白工艺条件。在单因素的基础上,采用Box-Behnken中心组合实验,考察H2O2用量、反应温度以及反应时间3个因素及其相互作用对过氧化氢漂白白度与黏度的影响,获得了过氧化氢漂白的最优工艺条件。实验结果表明:H2O2用量对白度及黏度的影响最大,其最佳工艺条件为H2O2用量2.5%,温度90℃,反应时间112 min,在此条件下得到纸浆白度88.8%ISO,黏度763.41 m L·g-1,并得出了过氧化氢漂白的回归模型。

【Abstract】 To optimize the subsequent H2O2 bleaching after ozone bleaching by response surface methodology, on the basis of the single factor experiments, Box-Behnken central composite design was adopted to investigate the H2O2 bleaching influence of the dosage of H2O2, the reaction temperature, the reaction time and their interactions. The results showed that the interaction of optimization of the dosage of H2O2 was the strongest. And optimization of he subsequent H2O2 bleaching are follows: the dosage of H2O2 is 2.5%, the reaction temperature is 90℃, the reaction time is 112 min. Under this condition, the whiteness of the pulp is 88.8%ISO, the viscosity is 763.41 m L·g-1.
