硫酸盐竹浆高浓臭氧漂白工艺的研究

【摘要】 室温下,选取浆浓、臭氧浓度和反应时间3个变量,设计了三因素四水平的正交实验,研究硫酸盐竹浆高浓臭氧漂白各工艺参数的影响,并找出高浓臭氧漂白的最佳条件。实验结果表明:对于硫酸盐竹浆,在室温、浆浓35%~40%、臭氧浓度125 g·Nm-3、反应时间3 min的条件下进行高浓臭氧漂白,其白度69.4%ISO,黏度700.37 mL·g-1。

【Abstract】 The orthogonal design into ozone bleaching and designs an orthogonal experiment with three factors and four levels to sift out the optimized plan at the conditions of room temperature were introduced. Three factors of concentration of bamboo pulp, ozone concentration and reaction time were selected. The best process parameter combination and the influence rule for ozone bleaching is got. This study showed that good bleaching results could be obtained at the bamboo pulp concentration of 35%~40%, ozone concentration of 125 g·Nm-3, the conditions of the reaction time of 3 min. In the condition, brightness of pulp can reach 69.4%ISO and viscosity is 700.37 mL·g-1.
