液氮超低温贮藏对玉米种子活力的影响

【摘要】 以玉米品种PH 6 WC种子为试验材料,进行不同时间和不同处理方式的液氮超低温贮藏试验,采用幼苗生长测定、电导率测定、模拟田间出苗率测定及脱氢酶活性测定等方法测定种子活力,探讨液氮超低温贮藏对玉米种子活力的影响。结果表明:液氮超低温贮藏7 d、14 d和21 d的种子活力均明显低于对照,但不同时间处理间种子活力差异不显著。缓速冷冻和缓速解冻2种处理方式的种子活力均明显高于对照,且缓速冷冻处理种子活力高于缓速解冻处理。

【Abstract】 The seeds of maize PH 6 WC were used as the materials to test influence on vigor of the seeds by seedling growth test,electrical conductivity test,simulated field germination test and ADH test after liquid nitrogen cryopreservation in different times and different treatment methods. The results showed,there were no significant difference of seed vigor indexes between the maize seeds after liquid nitrogen cryopreservation in different times,eventhough which were lower than the check. Most major seed vigor indexes of the maize seeds were higher than the check after liquid nitrogen cryopreservation in different treatment methods,and the vigor indexes of muted freeze treatment were higher than the muted thaw treatment.
