PEG处理对老化铁棒锤种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

【摘要】 通过测定不同储藏年限及PEG处理后铁棒锤种子的发芽率及幼苗生长情况,研究铁棒锤种子的储存寿命,探寻提高老化铁棒锤种子萌发率的方法。结果表明:铁棒锤种子发芽率随着储藏时间的延长呈现下降趋势,种子寿命为1年。10%的PEG处理对储藏3年的老化种子萌发及根的生长有一定促进作用,种子发芽率提高了6%,平均根长增加了0.17cm,15%的PEG处理对老化种子芽的生长有益,平均芽长增加了0.95 cm。

【Abstract】 By measuring different storage lives and Aconitum pendulum seeds germination and seedling growth after PEG treatment. Study on the seed storage life of Aconitum pendulum,To explore the methods to improve the germination rate of aging seeds of Aconitum pendulum. The results show that Aconitum pendulum seed germination rate showed a downward trend with the increase of storage time,seed longevity is a year. 10% PEG treatment have certain promoting effect on germination and growth of root aging seeds. The seed germination rate increased by 6%,average root length increased by 0. 17 cm,15% PEG treatment is beneficial for the aging seeds sprout growth,the average seed plumule length increased by 0. 95 cm.
