露水草种子发芽过程中主要生理生化特征的研究

【摘要】 露水草(Cyanotis arachnoidea)是目前植物甾酮含量最为丰富的草本植物。为了弄清露水草种子萌发过程中生理生化特征的变化动态,测定了露水草种子萌发过程中过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸和脯氨酸、总蛋白含量。结果表明:露水草种子的萌发过程中,种子内部发生着活跃和复杂的代谢活动及其生理生化变化,随着种子的萌发,种子中可溶性糖和丙二醛含量呈先增加后下降趋势;脯氨酸和游离氨基酸含量总体呈上升趋势,而可溶性蛋白含量总体呈下降趋势;过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性整体都表现出上升趋势。本研究将为探讨露水草种子萌发过程中代谢生理及露水草栽培提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 Cyanotis arachnoidea is an important medicinal herb which contains the highest content ofβ-ecdysone and materials for the strength recovery. To get an understananding of the biology of the seed during the the process of germination,a study on the dynamics of the POD,SOD,CAT,MDA,soluble sugar,pproline,protein was evaluated,respectively. Results showed that there were active metabolism and physiological &biochemistry processes during the germination and bud growth of the seed of C. arachnoidea,the soluble sugar and MDA content changed with a trend of increase and then a decrease,proline and the free amino acid content changed in a trend of the increase,but the content of the soluble protein changed with a trend of decrease with the germination of the seed. But the activity of SOD,POD and CAT were all showed a increase trend with the progress of the seed germination. All the results will provide a theoretical base for the germination physiology and planting of C. arachnoidea.
