高压电场处理柠条种子对萌发与幼苗抗旱性影响的有效时间
Effective Time of the Effects of High Electric Field Treatment on Drought Resistance of Caragana korshinskii Seeds During its Germination and Seedling Growth
【摘要】 从120个不同高压电场处理条件(电场强度为E=(1+n)kV/cm,n=1,2,3,4,电场频率为f=(8+n)kHz,n=1,2,…9,处理时间为t=5 n min,n=1,2,3)中挑选出了能够显著提高柠条种子萌发抗旱性的处理条件(E=2.0 kV/cm,f=16 kHz和t=5 min)。降低柠条种子萌发抗旱性的处理条件:E=4.0 kV/cm,f=13 kHz和t=15 min。用所挑选的电场条件处理种子,通过对种子发芽势、发芽率和幼苗生长变化的测定,确定高压电场对柠条种子影响的有效时间。实验结果表明,电场处理柠条种子后,如果不在短时间内启动种子的萌发过程,种子的贮存过程会影响电场处理对种子萌发与幼苗生长所产生的作用。电场处理对柠条种子发芽率显著影响的有效时间为7 d。电场处理柠条种子对幼苗生长影响的作用有效时间为14 d。应用电场处理种子技术,需要注意电场生物效应的有效时间。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the effect of different electric conditions on germination of Caragana korshinskii seeds under drought stress was studied in the laboratory,which electric conditions of electric field intensity( E),electric field frequency( f) and treatment time were E =( 1 + n) kV /cm in the range of n = 1,2,3,4,f =( 8 + n) kHz in the range of n = 1,2,… 9 and t = 5 n min within n = 1,2,3,respectively. The enhanced drought resistance condition of E = 2. 0 kV /cm,f = 16 kHz and t = 5 min for germination,and the reduced condition of E = 4. 0 kV /cm,f = 13 kHz and t = 15 min were selected from 120 treatment conditions. Based on the changes of germination percentage and germination potential of seeds and the seedling growth,we determined the effective time of the effects of the selected electric condition on drought resistance of Caragana korshinskii seeds during its germination and seedling growth. Experimental results shows that,if Caragana korshinskii seeds do not start germinating after treating the seeds with electric field,the effect of electric treatment on increased drought resistance of Caragana korshinskii seeds and seedling growth will become weak and vanish because of the storage of seeds. The effective time of significant effect on the germination of Caragana korshinskii seeds is one week long,and on the seedling growth is two weeks. The conclusion is that effective time should be paid attention when the electric field treatment technology applies to agriculture.
