不同药剂浸种对干旱胁迫下谷子种子萌发特性的影响

【摘要】 为解决谷子[Setaria italica(L.)Beauv]播种后因干旱难以出苗的问题。本研究对抗旱程度不同的国08-25,大同34和赤10-321 3个材料用硝普纳和氯化钙分别浸种引发处理,在12%PEG-6000干旱胁迫下做种子萌发实验,测定引发种子的发芽率、发芽势、种子萌发抗旱指数和种子活力指数4个指标。结果显示,氯化钙引发效果较好,能够显著提高种子的萌发抗旱力,最佳引发条件是5.0 mmol/L氯化钙药剂引发处理谷子种子24 h;硝普纳引发效果次于氯化钙,浓度为0.1 mmol/L效果最好。

【Abstract】 In order to improve millet( Setaria italica( L.) Beauv) seeds germination rate under drought stress,in this study,seeds soaking were performed. The seeds Guo 08-25,Datong 34 and Chi 10-321 were respectively soaked with reagent of calcium chloride to investigate the effects of the germination vigor,the germination rate,drought resistance index and vigor index of millet seeds under the drought stress of 12% PEG-6000. Germination and drought resistance were significant promoted by treating with calcium chloride,the best priming condition was 5. 0 mmol /L calcium chloride. The effect of sodium nitroprusside was not the same good with calcium chloride,the best priming condition was 1. 0 mmol /L sodium nitroprusside.
