【摘要】 目的探讨针刺治疗原发性高血压的临床降压安全性及疗效。方法选取2012年3月至2013年9月武清区中医医院原发性高血压患者135例,其中男78例,女57例,平均年龄为(54.69±13.92)岁,平均病程为(2.83±1.16)年。经1周停药洗脱期后,予以针刺治疗,治疗90 d后进行疗效评价。结果针刺治疗原发性高血压安全可靠,且未见不良反应,不良事件与治疗不相关。治疗后显效83例(63.8%),有效29例(22.3%),无效18例(13.8%),总有效率为86.2%(112/130)。结论针刺治疗原发性高血压安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of primary hypertension.Methods One hundred and thirty-five patients with primary hypertension were included in this study,78 were male and 57 female.Patients were collected from 2012 March to 2013 September in Wuqing District Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,with mean age(54.69 ± 13.92) years old and average course(2.83 ± 1.16) years.The acupuncture treatment started after one week of drug washout period.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 90 days of treatment.Results The acupuncture treatment for primary hypertension is safe and reliable and no adverse reaction.No related adverse events were found during the treatment.Eighty-three patients(63.8%) were cured after treatment,effective 29(22.3%),invalid 18(13.8%),and the total effective rate was 86.2%(112/130).Conclusion Acupuncture treatment is safe and effective in treating primary hypertension.更多还原
