四川宝兴河梯级大坝地震风险评价与分析
Seismic Hazard and Risk Analyses of the Cascade Dams on the Baoxing River Basin in Sichuan Province
【摘要】 近年来四川地震频发,对近震源区域内的水库大坝造成了较大的损坏。2013年4月20日发生的芦山7.0级地震给四川宝兴河梯级电站带来了不同程度的影响。该文运用Bureau提出的大坝地震风险评估方法对四川宝兴河梯级电站大坝(硗碛、宝兴、小关子、铜头和雨城)进行了风险评估,通过与梯级大坝的实际震损情况进行对比分析,对Bureau方法做了适当改进。改进后的评价结果表明:四川宝兴河梯级大坝总风险因子排序与实际震损严重程度排序一致,所做改进对四川宝兴河梯级大坝地震风险评估具有一定的适用性,对类似地震风险评估具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 In recent years,earthquakes happened frequently in Sichuan Province,and caused great damages to nearby hydraulic reservoirs and dams.For example,cascade dams of the Baoxing river suffered different damages in the Lushan earthquake,occurred on April 20,2013.In this article,Bureau’s risk evaluation method was used to analyze the Seismic hazard and total risks of the dams in the Baoxing River.There are five dams which are the Qiaoqi,Baoxing,Xiaoguanzi,Tongtou,Yucheng.In order to check the applicability of the Bureau’ s method,comparisons were made between its evaluation results and the actual damages of Baoxing River dams.Result of the comparison shows some discrepancy.Therefore,some modifications have been made for the Bureau’s method.Results of the evaluation after the modification are more rational.
