【摘要】 通过对北京市海淀区部分高校武术课程进行问卷调查,分析高校武术类课程开展的现状,包括课程设置,课程内容,教学手段、方法,师资力量配置,场地器材保障等各个方面,分析高校武术类课程的特点,发现现行高校武术教学中存在的主要问题,如:教学内容贫乏,教学手段单一,缺乏理论支持等,使原有武术课程的吸引力急剧下降,武术课程本身精深和丰富的传统文化内涵由于教学模式的限制不能很好体现等。正视问题,对武术教学模式重新构建,注重体用兼备的思想,通过教学分组对比,验证新的教学模式,建立大的民族传统体育的课程,为进一步提高高校武术教学水平,推进高校武术教学改革提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through a questionnaire survey on wushu(martial arts) courses in some colleges and universities in Haidian District of Beijing, this article analyzes the development status of wushu courses in colleges and universities, including curriculum setting, curriculum contents, teaching means and methods, teaching staff allocation, sports ground and equipment security as well as various other aspects. By analyzing the characteristics of wushu courses in colleges and universities, the article finds such major problems existing in current university wushu teaching as poor teaching contents, monotonous teaching means and lack of theoretical support. This has forced the original attractiveness of wushu courses to decline sharply, and the profound and rich connotations of traditional culture in wushu courses themselves cannot be fully reflected due to the limitation of teaching modes. The authors suggest confronting the problems to re-construct wushu teaching modes, lay emphasis on the ideology of education in both physiques and application and verify new teaching modes through grouping comparison, aiming at building a big curriculum of traditional national sports to provide reference for further advancing wushu teaching level in colleges and universities and pushing on wushu teaching reform in colleges and universities.更多还原
