【摘要】 目的观察银质针疗法结合骶管阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为3组,A组(n=20)采用银质针疗法,B组(n=20)采用骶管阻滞疗法,C组(n=20)采用银质针联合骶管阻滞治疗,在治疗前及治疗后1天、1周、1个月,分别采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行疗效分析。结果 A、B、C 3组患者在治疗后不同时期VAS评分均低于治疗前,且C组在治疗后不同时期VAS评分均明显低于A、B组。结论银质针疗法联合骶管阻滞能够迅速缓解疼痛,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc with silver acupuncture therapy combined with caudal block.Methods 60 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into 3 groups:group A(n=20) received silver acupuncture therapy,group B(n=20) received caudal block and group C(n=20) received silver acupuncture therapy combined with caudal block.Before treatment 1 day,1 week and 1 month after treatment,the effects were respectively analyzed with visual analogue scale(VAS).Results The scores of VAS of group A,B and C in different periods after treatment were all lower than those before treatment,and the score of group C in different periods after treatment was significantly lower than that in group A and B.Conclusion Silver acupuncture therapy combined with caudal block can rapidly relieve pain,being an effective method to treat prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.更多还原
