【摘要】 目的探讨转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)在脑动脉瘤中的表达及意义。方法收集2011年3月~2014年3月我院收治的所有脑动脉瘤患者的动脉瘤标本,对患者的临床资料进行分析并采用免疫组化法检测组织标本中TGF-β1的表达情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的脑动脉瘤标本经HE染色后显示出较为完整的结构形态。对照组TGF-β1总阳性表达率为28.57%,观察组为90.32%,明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 TGF-β1高表达可能在脑动脉瘤的发生发展过程中起到了重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression and significance of transforming growth factor-beta 1 in brain aneurysm. Methods Collected all the specimens of the aneurysm patients in our hospital who had brain aneurysms from Mar 2011 to Mar 2014, analyzed the clinical data of patients and used immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of TGF-β1 in tissue samples. Results Compared with control group,the samples of cerebral aneurysms patients of observation group through HE dye showed more complete structure and morphology. The total positive expression rate of TGF-β1 in control group was 28.57%,while the total positive expression rate of TGF-β1 in observation group was 90.32%,which was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.01). Conclusion The high expression of TGF-β1 may play an important role in the process of occurrence and development of brain aneurysm.更多还原
