【摘要】 制备了含重组溶葡萄球菌酶和溶菌酶的水胶体创口敷料,并考察其在体外不同时间点的酶活性,以及细菌杀灭率、重量差异、微生物限度。结果表明,所得制品体外释放完全,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌的杀菌率均在90%以上,重量差异在±7.5%以内,且微生物限度检验结果符合要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The hydrocolloid wound dressing product containing recombinant lysostaphin and lysozyme was prepared. The enzyme activities of recombinant lysostaphin and lysozyme at different sampling time of the in vitro test for this material were investigated as well as the bacteria killing rate, product weight variation and microbial limit. The results showed that the enzymes in the prepared product were released completely in vitro. The bacterial killing rates against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans were all above 90% and the product weight variation was within ±7.5%. In addition, the results for the microbial limit test were also qualifi ed for the requirements.更多还原
