【Abstract】 The operating principles, infl uencing factors(membrane parameters, process parameters and phase parameters) and applications of membrane emulsification technology to the preparation of microspheres, emulsions, nanoparticles and liposomes are reviewed in this paper. Compared with conventional emulsifi cation methods, less energy is required to prepare products with good monodispersity by membrane emulsifi cation. However, this method also has some shortages, such as complex infl uencing factors and low productivity.更多还原
