【Abstract】 A suppressed conductivity ion chromatography method was established for the determination of antioxidant sodium bisulfite in dextran 40 and amino acids injection.An IonPac ASll-HC anion column was used,with13 mmol/L potassium hydroxide solution as eluent and using suppressed conductivity detector.The calibration curve for sodium bisulfite was linear in the range of 3.75- 60 ng/ml.The average recovery was 95.3%.更多还原
