顶空固相微萃取-气质联用分析并比较两种延胡索挥发性成分

【摘要】 采用顶空固相微萃取法分别提取罂粟科植物延胡索(即大叶延胡索)和多花延胡索块茎部分的挥发性有机物成分,然后进行气相色谱-质谱联用分析。确认了其中的30和54种有机成分,并测定其相对含量。所鉴定的组分分别占总色谱峰面积的88.24%和93.10%。大叶延胡索及多花延胡索的相同成分有17种,主要挥发性成分为高级烷烃、烯烃、醇、酚及醛。

【Abstract】 A headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME) method was established for the extraction of volatile organic compounds from Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang and C.yanhusuo f.floribunda,respectively.The chemical components of volatile constituents were analyzed by GC-MS.Thirty and fifty four compounds representing 88.24% and 93.10% of the volatile compounds were identified with the result that seventeen of those components were identical.The major volatile components in C.yanhusuo W.T.Wang and C.yanhusuo f.floribunda.were higher alkanes,alkenes,alcoholes,phenols and aldehydes.
