【摘要】 抗菌药物合理使用管理是医院管理的一项重要内容。肿瘤专科医院由于专业的限制,抗菌药物合理使用问题更多。抗菌药物合理使用文化建设中,硬文化建设面临医院抗菌药物准备、抗菌药物使用水平两大问题;软文化建设包含的制度、观念、行为建设,涵盖了抗菌药物管理的各个方面。我们应用SWOT分析方法,全面分析实现上述两个方面目标的相关因素,提出正确的战略管理方向,并在总体战略指导下开展工作,使抗菌药物合理使用得到不断持续改进。辽宁省肿瘤医院在总体战略指导下,开展了"品管圈"活动,推进了抗菌药物合理使用管理工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The administration of rational use of antibiotics is an important part of hospital management. Due to the limitation of specialties,tumor hospital is usually with more problems. Hard culture construction and soft culture construction are two aspects in the cultural construction of the rational use of antibiotics,the problems of antibiotics preparation of the hospital and the use level of the antibiotics faced by the former,and the construction of system,idea and behavior included in the latter,covering all aspects of the management of antibiotics. A comprehensive analysis of the relevant factors contributing to achieve the objectives of the two aspects mentioned above with SWOT analysis,proposing the correct strategic management direction,and working under the overall strategic guidance,can make the work get continuous improvement. The hospital has launched the "quality control circle" activity under the overall strategic guidance,which promotes the rational use of antibiotics management work.更多还原
