基于工业机器人的汽车齿轮轴磨削自动化系统设计
Design of Grinding Automatic System for Automotive Gear Shaft Based on Industrial Robot
【摘要】 根据汽车齿轮轴磨削的工艺流程及自动化控制要求,提出了基于工业机器人的汽车齿轮轴磨削自动化系统方案。设计了3手爪组合式机器人末端执行器、送料机和转料台,对数控磨床加工齿轮轴的装夹方法进行了改进。构建了以S7-1200 PLC为主控制器的汽车齿轮轴磨削自动化控制系统。采用Modbus/TCP协议实现了PLC与机器人的通信,通过I/O端口实现了PLC与磨床的通信。使用VAL3语言编写了机器人程序,利用TIA博途V11软件设计了PLC与触摸屏的组态和系统监控界面。该系统较少了工人数量,降低了对工人操作技术的要求,改善了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
【Abstract】 According to the processes and automatic control requirements of automotive gear shaft grinding production,this paper proposed a grinding automatic system for automotive gear shaft based on industrial robot.Designed a type of robot’s end-effector combined with three grippers,a feeding machine and a transfer station.Improved the fixture method of CNC grinder processing gear shaft.Constructed a automotive gear shaft grinding automatic control system,in which S7-1200 PLC was used as the master controller.Realized the communication between PLC and robot controller by using Modbus/TCP protocol,and the communication between PLC and CNC grinder through the I/O port.Developed the robot program by using VAL3.Designed the hardware configuration between PLC and HMI and the control Interface by using TIA portal V11 software.This system reduces the workers and the requirements for operating skills of workers,decreases the labor intensity and increases production efficiency.
