基于等残留高度的曲面加工编程技术研究
Research on Programming Technology of Surface Machining Based on Constant Scallop Height
【摘要】 残留高度是影响曲面加工表面质量的主要因素。在研究球刀加工平面、斜面、球面的残留高度计算公式的基础上,分析了影响残留高度的因素,找出了残留高度的控制方法,提出一种等残留高度的编程思路,并给出了编程算法流程图,同时结合半球面的精加工过程,给出了加工的完整宏程序,最终实现了曲面的等残留高度加工。通过具体的加工数据对比,表明在保证加工表面质量的前提下,等残留高度编程具有加工效率高,加工时间少的优点。
【Abstract】 Constant scallop height is the main factor affecting the surface quality of surface machining.Based on the constant scallop height calculation formula of plane,spherical surface and spherical Surface,analysed the impact factors and founds out control method of scallop height,put forward the programming ideas of constant scallop height,and given the flow chart programming algorithm,Combined with the hemispherical surface finish machining process,given the whole macro program of surface machining,finally realized surface machining based on constant scallop height. Through the comparison of the experimental data,under the prerequisite of guaranteeing quality,the constant scallop height programming has the advantages of high processing efficiency,has the advantages of less processing time.
