叶轮流道五轴粗加工刀路的自适应层切法研究

【摘要】 针对现有整体叶轮流道的五轴粗加工刀具路径冗余、切削余量不均等问题,通过分析叶轮流道的几何形状数学模型,考虑分层曲面的曲率变化情况,提出了一种叶轮流道五轴粗加工刀具路径的自适应层切生成方法。传统层切法每一层曲面的刀路间隔是相同的,而自适应层切法是随每层曲面的曲率变化而变化的。该方法经过五轴机床Mikron UCP 800的加工实验验证,可以实现高效切削,且刀具路径无冗余。

【Abstract】 The major obstacles encountered in impeller channel roughing process are the redundancy of tool path and the uneven left over of materials. In the effort to overcome such deficiency,an adaptive layer milling algorithm is proposed. Geometric characteristics of the channel as w ell as the curvature variation property of each layer surface are taken into consideration. The interval of tool path is fixed in traditional layer milling but varied w ith curvature in adaptive layer milling. Experiment results show that the proposed method improves machining efficiency by five-axis NC machine tool,Mikron UCP 800.
