薄壁长轴套类零件双面加工专用机床设计
Design of Special Machine for Double Sided Processing of the Thin Long Sleeve Type Parts
【摘要】 为改善薄壁长轴套类零件生产效率低,且多次装夹不能有效保证两加工端尺寸和位置精度的生产状况,设计了一种加工此类零件的双面加工专用机床。通过分析薄壁长轴套类零件的特点,从怎样提高加工效率,保证零件加工精度两方面考虑,提出了一种双面复合加工工艺,并利用切削原理、材料力学及有限元分析对此双面复合加工工艺的可行性进行验证。同时介绍了薄壁长轴套类零件双面加工专用机床的结构组成及其工作原理,该机床能够在保证薄壁长轴套类零件加工精度的前提下,较大提高生产效率,且投资小、见效快,易于推广。
【Abstract】 To improve the long thin sleeve-type parts of low productivity,and the multiple setups can not effectively guarantee the two processing ends size and positional accuracy of the production conditions,designed a kind of double-sided machining for such parts. By analyzing the long thin sleeve-type parts of the characteristics,from howto improve processing efficiency,and ensure machining accuracy on two considerations,we proposed a newprocess-" double-sided composite processing" process,and utilize cutting principles,materials mechanics and finite element analysis of this " double-sided composite processing" to verify the feasibility of the process; introduced thin long sleeve type parts sided special machine structural composition and working principle. The machine is able to guarantee the long thin sleeve-type parts machining accuracy of the premise,greatly improving production efficiency,and small investment,quick effect,modification work less,easy to promote.
