【摘要】 目的探讨氧气湿化瓶消毒晾干架的制作方法及应用效果。方法设计并制作氧气湿化瓶消毒晾干架,将224个未消毒的氧气湿化瓶随机分为两组,每组112个,试验组在消毒、晾干过程中使用氧气湿化瓶消毒晾干架(简称晾干架),对照组不使用晾干架。比较两组在保存期间的细菌监测合格率和相应的护士工作耗时。结果试验组保存4~10d的细菌监测合格率高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组相应的工作耗时少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论氧气湿化瓶消毒晾干架能有效延长保存期,减少了护士的工作强度,有较好的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application effect of the disinfection and drying shelf for oxygen humidification bottles. Methods The disinfection and drying shelf for oxygen humidification bottles was designed. Totally 224 humidification bottles were randomly divided into two groups. The disinfection and drying shelf was used during the disinfection and drying process in the experimental group. The qualified rate of bacteria during storage and nursing time were compared between the two groups. Results The qualified rate of bacteria within 4~10 days in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing time was less than that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion The disinfection and drying shelf for oxygen humidification bottles can effectively extend the storage period and reduce nurses’ workload.更多还原
