【摘要】 目的探讨急诊科设置患者院内转运专职护士岗位的效果。方法 2012年7月至2013年7月设置院内转运专职护士岗位,回顾性分析由转运专职护士转运的1190例危重患者情况,分析转运效果。结果平均转运时间为(23.5±11.2)min,1190例危重患者院内转运过程中死亡、心搏呼吸骤停、意外脱管、坠床等不良事件的发生率为0。结论院内转运是急诊危重患者抢救的重要环节,采用规范转运流程、专职医护人员护送、充分评估、做好转运前的准备、转运途中严密监测,以及做好应急抢救措施和正确的交接是确保危重患者安全转运的重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of setting up fulltime nursing post for intrahospital transport of critically ill patients. Methods A fulltime nursing post for the intrahospital transport of critically ill patients was set up from July 2012 to July 2013. The clinical data of 1190 critically ill patients who underwent intrahospital transport were retrospectively analyzed. Results The average transport time for each patient was 23.5±11.2 minutes.No adverse events during transportation happened. Conclusion Intrahospital transport is an important link in the rescue of critically ill patients. Standard transport procedure,fulltime nursing post,full assessment and preparation,close monitoring and right handover are key points for the success transport of critically ill patients.更多还原
