【摘要】 随着国内外对于药物临床试验的要求不断提高,质量成为药物临床试验的重中之重。如何从国家药物临床试验机构的角度加强对临床试验的组织监管和质量控制,是机构的重要职能,也是今后发展的长远目标。笔者以本单位国家药物临床试验机构历年质量核查的结果为基础,总结了目前新药临床试验质量控制过程中常见的问题,分析了其可能产生的根源,并提出了解决的建议。加强机构的质量控制,完善机构的质量管理体系,建立相关切实可行的SOP,必将有利于多中心临床试验工作的规范开展。更多还原
