【摘要】 目的护骨素(OPG)和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)与骨代谢密切相关。本研究调查女性血清OPG和TGF-β1水平与骨丢失率(BLR)的关系,以及这两种细胞因子对BLR的影响。方法横断面研究465例健康成年女性,年龄35~80岁。测量血清OPG和TGF-β1水平,DXA骨密度仪测量腰椎、髋部和前臂远端的骨密度(BMD)和BLR。结果各骨骼部位BLR与血清OPG呈负相关(r=-0.122至-0.230,P=0.007-0.000),与血清TGF-β1呈正相关(r=0.245-0.365,P=0.000)。调整年龄和BMI后,TGF-β1与腰椎和前臂超远端BLR的偏相关性仍然有显著意义。多元线性回归分析显示,OPG对BLR是一个负性决定因素,大约可以解释BLR变异的1.4%~3.7%;TGF-β1对BLR是一个正性决定因素,可以解释BLR变异的5.3%~13.3%。结论该研究揭示了成年女性循环中OPG和TGF-β1水平与骨丢失率的关系,提示TGF-β1和OPG水平变化与骨丢失率有关,TGF-β1可能是女性骨丢失率的独立决定因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum levels of OPG and TGF-β1 and bone loss rate( BLR) in w omen,and to explore the effect of these 2 kinds of cytokines on BLR. Methods A cross-sectional study w as performed. A total of 465 healthy adult w omen,aging from 35 to 80 years old w ere included in this study. The serum levels of OPG and TGF-β1 w ere determined. Bone mineral density( BMD) and BLR of the lumbar vertebrae,the hip,and the distal forearm w ere detected using DXA. Results A negative correlation betw een BLR of all the parts and the serum level of OPG( r =- 0. 122 to- 0. 230,all P= 0. 007- 0. 000) w as observed,w hile a positive correlation betw een BLR and serum TGF-β1( r = 0. 245- 0. 365,all P = 0. 000)existed. After adjusting for age and BMI,the significant correlation betw een serum TGF-β1 and BLR of the lumbar vertebrae and the ultradistal forearm still existed. Multiple linear regression analysis show ed that serum OPG w as a negative determinant of BLR,explaining 1. 4- 3. 7% of BLR variation. Serum TGF-β1 w as a positive determinant of BLR,w hich could explain 5. 3- 13. 3%BLR variation. Conclusion This study has revealed the relationship betw een serum levels of OPG and TGF-β1 and BLR in adult w omen,w hich indicates that the changes of TGF-β1 and OPG levels are associated w ith BLR,and TGF-β1 may be an independent determinant for BLR in w omen.更多还原
