【摘要】 目的观察和比较培美曲塞和多西他赛分别联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法将2012年1月至2013年3月间收治的60例非小细胞肺癌患者按随机数字表法分为培美曲塞组和多西他赛组,每组30例。培美曲塞组化疗第1天开始静脉滴注培美曲塞500mg/m2,化疗第1~3天静脉滴注顺铂25mg/m2。多西他赛组化疗第1天静脉滴注多西他赛75mg/m2,化疗第1~3天静脉滴注顺铂25mg/m2。两组以3周为1个疗程,两个疗程后对临床疗效进行评价,观察两种方法的不良反应。结果培美曲塞组和多西他赛组的总缓解率分别为33.3%(10%30)和40.0%(12/30),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。培美曲塞组的不良反应低于多西他赛组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论培美曲塞的不良反应较轻,耐受性良好,比较适合非小细胞肺癌的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of penetrated and docetaxel combined with cisplatin respectively in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 60 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to March 2013 were randomly divided into the penetrated group and the docetaxel group( 30 cases respectively). The penetrated group was supplied with B12( 1000μg every time) from 7 days before chemotherapy to the end,with oral folic acid( 100μg/day) at the day before chemotherapy,with oral dexamethasone( 8mg/day) for three consecutive,with penetrated( 500mg /day) through intravenous infusion from the first day of chemotherapy,and with cisplatin( 25mg /m2) chemotherapy infusion through intravenous infusion from the first to the third day of chemotherapy. Docetaxel group was treated with oral dexamethasone( 8mg /day) from the first day of chemotherapy for three consecutive days,with docetaxel( 75m /m2) through intravenous infusion from the first day of chemotherapy,with cisplatin( 25mg /m2) chemotherapy infusion through intravenous infusion from the first to the third day of chemotherapy. Three weeks were taken as a course of treatment for both groups. Clinical efficacy and toxicity were observed after two courses. Results There was no significant difference on effect between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Incidents of adverse effects of penetrated group was more than those of the docetaxel group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Penetrated has lighter adverse effect and higher tolerance,which is more suitable for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer更多还原
