【摘要】 目的探讨不同剂量吗啡用于妇科子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术的麻醉镇痛效果。方法将96例子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例:观察组采用小剂量吗啡麻醉镇痛方案,对照组采用大剂量吗啡麻醉镇痛方案。观察两组患者的镇痛、镇静效果及不良反应。结果观察组患者的PCA按压次数、VAS评分、Ramesy评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者恶心呕吐、尿潴留和皮肤瘙痒等不良反应的发生率均显著性低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量吗啡应用于妇科子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术的麻醉镇痛效果与大剂量相仿,且不良反应发生率更少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the narcotic analgesic effects of different doses of morphine used in gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods 96 cases of patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group( n = 48) and control group( n = 48). The treatment group was given small doses of morphine,and the control group large doses. The analgesic effects,sedative effects and the adverse reactions in two groups were observed and compared. Results The PCA pressing times,the postoperative VAS scores and Ramesy scores between the two groups were not significant different( P > 0. 05). The incidences of nausea,vomiting,urinary retention and pruritus in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusions The narcotic analgesic effects of small doses of morphine used in gynecological laparoscopic surgery is similar with large doses of morphine but with fewer adverse reactions.更多还原
