【摘要】 目的研究相同活度不同体积的99mTc-硫胶体对乳腺前哨淋巴结断层显像的影响。方法将确诊为乳腺癌的47例患者随机分为观察组(20例)和对照组(27例),选择3、6、9、12点位分别于乳晕皮下注射总放射性活度为1m Ci,总体积为1ml和2ml的99mTc-硫胶体显像剂,17 h后行局部断层显像并观察对诊断的影响。结果注射体积为2 ml的观察组患者断层显像阳性诊断率为95.0%;注射体积为1 ml的对照组患者断层显像阳性率为92.6%,两组断层显像阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(2=0.967,P>0.05)。结论注射相同活度而不同体积的99mTc-硫胶体对乳腺前哨淋巴结断层显像诊断无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Research the influence of tomography imaging about sentinel lymph nodes( SLN) in breast cancer patients after injected specific radiopharmaceuticals. Methods 47 breast cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups and injected different concentration99mTc-sulfur colloid to mammary gland subcutaneous tissue of 3,6,9 and 12 positions,and analysed 17 hours later. Results The observation group imaging positive diagnosis rate was 95. 0%( 19 /20). Control group was 92. 6%( 25/27).
