【摘要】 目的:观察筋骨痛消丸对膝骨性关节炎患者WOMAC评分及膝关节液中PGE2、MMP-3的影响,探讨筋骨痛消丸对膝骨性关节炎的作用机制。方法:选择2012年1月-2013年3月符合膝骨性关节炎诊断患者32例(35膝),给予筋骨痛消丸口服,共治疗2个疗程,观察治疗前后患者膝关节WOMAC评分,并检测膝关节液中PGE2、MMP-3的含量,进行相关性分析。结果:全部完成疗程并随访结束的共30例(33膝),其中临床控制11膝,显效15膝,有效6膝,无效1膝,总有效率为96.7%,经治疗2疗程后患者膝关节WOMAC评分及膝关节液中PGE2、MMP-3含量均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且患者膝关节WOMAC评分与关节液PGE2、MMP-3差值成正向直线相关(r=0.717,P=0.000;r=0.539,P=0.000)。结论:筋骨痛消丸可有效改善膝骨性关节炎患者WOMAC评分,其作用机制可能与降低膝关节液中PGE2、MMP-3的含量有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe Jingutongxiao Pill on WOMAC scores,prostaglandin E(PGE2)and matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3)in knee joint fluid of patients with knee osteoarthritis and to explore the underlying mechanism.Methods: Thirty-two cases(35knees)diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis were given oral Jingutongxiao Pill for 2courses of treatment from January 2012to March 2013.The WOMAC scores were recorded before and after treatment.The levels of PGE2 and MMP-3in knee joint fluid were detected for correlation analysis.Results:Among the 30cases with 33knees who finished the treatment and follow-up,11knees obtained clinical control,15knees showed obvious effectiveness,6knees were effective and 1knee ineffective,with total effective rate 96.7%.Compared with before treatment,the knee joint WOMAC scores,PGE2 and MMP-3in knee joint fluid after 2courses of treatment were decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Furthermore,the decrease of knee joint WOMAC scores was linearly-positively correlated with the decrease of PGE2 and MMP-3(r=0.717,P=0.000;r=0.539,P=0.000).Conclusion:The Jingutongxiao Pill could effectively improve WOMAC scores in patients with knee osteoarthritis,and it may be related to the content of PGE2,MMP-3in knee joint fluid.更多还原
