【摘要】 目的:观察益气活血法四妙通脉汤防治大鼠下肢DVT疗效。方法:SD大鼠80只,随机分为4组。A组20只,造模后四妙通脉汤灌胃给药;B组20只,造模后每日肌肉注射低分子肝素钠;C组20只,只结扎,不给药;D组20只,开腹后不结扎,不给药。结果:四妙通脉汤能减轻大鼠下肢肿痛,改善大鼠的一般状态。用药7d,A、B、C组D-D和PT时间均下降,A、B两组与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),A、B两组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组电镜下仅1只为不完全性血栓,血栓发生率5%;B组电镜下1只静脉为完全性血栓,发生率5%;C组15只为完全性血栓,5只为不完全性血栓,血栓发生率100%;D组20只,静脉无血栓。结论:益气活血方药四妙通脉汤对深静脉血栓的防治有较好疗效,能改善下肢肿痛,具有抗凝聚、提高纤溶活性的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of supplementing qi and activating blood formula Simiaotongmai Decoction in treating lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT)of rats.Methods:Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups,twenty in each group.Group A received intragastric administration 6hours after operation,group B received intramuscular injection of heparin sodium once daily,group C only received ligation with no administration,and group D received neither ligation nor administration.Results:Simiaotongmai Decoction reduced lower extremity swelling of DVT rats and improved the general state.After 7-day treatment,D-dimer and PT time in group A,B,and C all decreased than before treatment.There was significant difference between group A,B and group C(P<0.01),but no significant difference was found between group A and group B(P>0.05).Electron microscope showed one case of incomplete thrombosis in group A(5%incidence),one case of complete thrombosis in group B(5%incidence),15complete thrombosis and 5incomplete thrombosis in group C(100%incidence).There was no thrombosis in group D.Conclusion:Supplementing qi and activating blood formula Simiaotongmai Decoction used in the prevention and treatment of deep vein thrombosis can reach a good effect and improve lower extremity swelling through the function of anti-coagulation and enhancing the role of fibrinolytic activity.更多还原
