综合减摇系统耦合分析方法研究

【摘要】 对船舶综合减摇系统耦合机理进行分析,有利于综合减摇系统控制器设计及参数优化配置。为寻求综合减摇系统中鳍和水舱耦合影响效果,提出把装备被动水舱的船舶横摇角之差折算为等效波倾角,利用减摇前后波倾角幅值变化来获得减摇水舱对船舶横摇影响。并将此变化量嵌入到Fluent UDF自定义函数中,利用编程模拟在船舶-被动式减摇水舱作用下减摇鳍周围流场变化状况,并获得鳍表面压力分布图。通过仿真模拟考察了不同条件下鳍和水舱的耦合效应,为综合减摇系统参数配置及控制器优化提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 Coupling mechanism of integrated stabilization system of a ship is analyzed, which will be conductive to the design of controller and optimal configuration of parameters in the integrated stabilization system. In order to research the interaction between fin and anti-rolling tank for the ship equipped with passive tank, the difference of rolling angle is converted to an equivalent wave angle. The change of wave angle before and after rolling control is used to get the effect of anti-rolling tank in rolling process, and the variation is inserted in a self-defined function of Fluent UDF. Variation condition of flow field around the fin under the effect of passive tank is simulated with programming, then pressure profile on the fin surface is obtained, and coupling effects between tank and fin in various conditions are realized through simulation. That provides a foundation for optimal configuration of the integrated stabilization system.
