【Abstract】 In this paper, we analyzed the implementation of research and teaching work under experts guiding from Shanghai in The Second People’s Hospital of Kashgar District. Based on the systems and work process, disciplinary development and talent training were implemented as the key work. By the approaches of applying for research project and awards, writing papers, applying for continued education projects, post-graduate and talents training, the quality of human resources has been continuously improved and the capacity of science and technology also has been promoted.更多还原
