【摘要】 采用条件价值法对紫竹院公园的非使用价值进行了评估。结果表明,紫竹院公园园林绿地生态系统的非使用价值为5 237.36万元/年,其中每年的存在价值为1 696.91万元、遗产价值为1 754.52万元、选择价值为1 785.94万元,人均支付意愿值(中位数)为8.1元/人;影响游客支付意愿的主要因素包括学历、游玩频率、月收入和对紫竹院公园的满意度;影响支付意愿金额的主要因素包括年龄、停留时间的长短、学历、月收入水平、满意度和游玩频率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The contingent valuation method was used to estimate the non-use value of the Purple Bamboo Park in Beijing. It was found that the non-use value of the Purple Bamboo Park was about 52.3736 million yuan per year, in which the existence value was 16.9691 million yuan per year, its heritage value was 17.5452 million yuan per year, the selection value was 17.8594 million yuan per year, and the mean willingness to pay(WTP) value for the Purple Bamboo Park was 8.1 yuan per person. The main factors to affect tourists’ WTP were education, playing frequency, monthly income and the satisfaction of Purple Bamboo Park. The main factors of the value of WTP included age, length of stay, education, income level, satisfaction and frequency of play time.更多还原
