【摘要】 目的 评价臭氧溶液治疗阴道炎的有效性和安全性。方法 将795例各类阴道炎患者按随机数字表随机分为臭氧治疗组(405例)和对照组(390例)。臭氧治疗组采用7 mg/L的臭氧水溶液擦洗外阴、阴道黏膜,隔日1次,治疗7 d。对照组给予常规药液擦洗。根据治疗前后临床症状、体征和实验室检查的变化判断疗效。结果 臭氧治疗组和对照组总有效率差异无统计学意义[92.9%(376/405)比91.5%(357/390),P>0.05],但臭氧治疗组临床治愈率明显高于对照组[79.8%(323/405)比69.7%(283/390),P<0.05],且在临床治愈的患者中复发率明显低于对照组[13.9%(45/323)比23.9%(35/272),P<0.05]。2组均未见严重不良反应。结论 臭氧溶液治疗阴道炎不失为一种安全、有效的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of ozone on vaginitis.Methods Totally 813vaginitis patients were divided into ozone group and control group randomly.In the ozone group,7 mg/L ozone solution was used to wash the vaginal and vulval mucosa qod for 7 days.On the other hand,control group was treated with regular drugs.Symptomatology and lab test were applied to evaluate the effect.Results There were no significant differences in total cure ratio between ozone group and control group[92.9%(376/405) vs 91.5%(357/390),P>0.05],but the clinically cure ratio in ozone group was higher than that in the control group[79.8%(323/405) vs 69.7%(283/390),P<0.05],and the rate of recurrence was lower in ozone group[13.9%(45/323) vs 23.9%(65/272),P<0.05].Conclusion Ozone is effective and safe treating vaginitis.更多还原
