蜜蜂消化道内含物乳酸菌群落组成的分析
Analysis of the composition of the bee gut contents of lactic acid bacteria community
【摘要】 从健康意大利蜜蜂肠道内经分离、纯化、培养,获得3株乳酸菌,对3株菌株进行菌落形态、革兰氏染色、生理生化特征研究,确定了3株乳酸菌中2株为乳杆菌;1株为双歧杆菌。
【Abstract】 From health Italy bee gut after separation, purification, cultivation, 3 strains of lactic acid bacteria by colony morphology, Gram staining, physiological and biochemicalcharacteristics, study of 3 strains, the 3 strains of lactic acid bacteria in 2 strains ofLactobacillus; 1 strains of bifidobacteria.
