【Abstract】 The research and development of a new coal-based rapid vertical reduction furnace was introduced.By introducing the newly developed reduction furnace,two processes,i.e.,smelting reduction at high temperatures and direct reduction at low temperatures were both realized.At the same time,high secondary combustion rate of carbon monoxide could be obtained to accelerate the whole reduction procedure.The production practice had indicated that this newly developed coal-based rapid vertical reduction furnace had some distinct advantages such as short process,easy-operation,low production cost,environmental protection and energy saving.更多还原
