大口径无缝管线管的制造及抗应力腐蚀性

【摘要】 高含硫环境中大口径无缝管线管的制造,不仅要充分考虑到油田现场的建设、施工等实际应用,而且要考虑管材的服役安全。除了使用API 5L标准中HIC和SSC试验对管材进行材料抗腐蚀性评价外,还引入NACE TM0103—2003标准的应力导向开裂(SOHIC)评价方式。这是第一次将这种评价方式引入到无缝管生产检验中,对试验原理、过程进行研究,初步总结了影响试验结果的几个关键步骤,并在管材设计、生产中的几个关键步骤进行严加控制,确保管材的安全性。

【Abstract】 Manufacturer of seamless pipes must take into account the construction and welding process in oil field,as well as the service security of line pipe applied in severe H2 S environment.So pipe is inspected by not only HIC and SSC test in API 5Lspecification but also SOHIC test in NACE TM0103—2003which is the first time for this test being applied in testing of seamless pipe.This article studies the experimental theory and the key processes of the test,concludes the several key processes which affect the experiment result,and takes more severe control measures both in material design and manufacturing to protect the safety of the pipes.
