【摘要】 目的:为制订措施缓解药品调剂人员的压力,保障其心理健康和提高工作效率提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查方式,通过心理健康临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)软件对我市3家三级甲等医院药房118名药品调剂人员的心理健康状况进行调查和分析。结果:共发放问卷120份,回收有效问卷118份,有效回收率98.33%。受访者9个因子中躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性等6个得分均显著高于全国常模(P≤0.05);男性受访者的9个因子得分与女性受访者比较虽差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均普遍高于女性受访者;中级职称受访者9个因子得分均高于初、高级职称受访者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);随着年龄的增加,除精神病性因子外,其余8个因子基本呈逐步增加的趋势,不同年龄受访者比较差异均有统计学意义(P≤0.05)。所有受访者心理方面或多或少有一定程度的强迫、抑郁症状和焦虑情绪及恐惧心理;身体方面出现体乏、纳差、失眠等现象。结论:当前药品调剂人员面对的主要压力包括工作量大、问责压力大、不受重视等,与其年龄、职称、性别等均有不同程度的关系。建议定期对药品调剂人员进行专业心理健康普查,及早发现问题以便采取措施;制订药品调剂人员定期轮岗制度,让一线人员有心理休整时间;加强"人文关怀",为药品调剂人员营造一种宽松的心理氛围;构建一个良好的激励机制和分配体系,调动药品调剂人员的工作积极性。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for formulating measures to relieve the pressure of drug dispensers,guarantee their psychiatric health and improve their work efficiency. METHODS:In questionnaire survey,the psychiatric status of 118 drug dispenser in 3 third-grade class A hospitals were investigated and analyzed with clinical psychological assessment software(SCL-90). RESULTS:120 questionnaires were sent out,and 118 effective questionnaires were recovered with effective recovery rate of 98.33%. Among nine factors,six factors like somatization,force,depression,anxiety,fear,psychotic scores of the respondents were significantly higher than the corresponding value in the national norm(P≤0.05);there was no statistical significance in nine factor score between male and female respondents(P>0.05),but that of male respondents were commonly higher than female respondents;all scores of the respondents with intermediate professional title were all higher than that with primary and senior titles;there was statistical significance(P<0.01);except for psychotic factor,the scores of other eight factors were increased gradually with the increase of age;there was statistical significance among different age groups(P≤0.05). All respondents suffered from more or less force,depression,anxiety and fear in psychological aspect,and fatigue,anepithymia,insomnia and other symptoms in physiological condition. CONCLUSIONS:Main mental pressures of respondents include heavy workload,high accountability pressure,nebbish,etc. They are associated with the age,professional title,gender and other aspect to different extents. It is suggested to conduct psychological health general survey among drug dispensers regularly,find the problems early to carry out countermeasures;formulate regular rotation system to rest and reorganize the psychological condition of first-line drug dispensers;strengthen the"humanistic care"to create a relaxed atmosphere;construct good incentive mechanism and distribution system to mobilize the enthusiasm of drug dispensers.更多还原
