【摘要】 目的:探讨临床药师对慢性心力衰竭患者提供用药指导的宣教要点。方法:回顾性分析"慢性心力衰竭患者药学服务单"110份,结合临床药师日常用药宣教工作记录和实践经验并检索相关文献,总结出慢性心力衰竭患者常规用药宣教要点。结果:宣教要点涉及对老年患者、利尿药、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞药、地高辛、醛固酮拮抗药、调脂药等方向的用药事项。结论:对用药宣教要点的掌握和执行有助于提高药师的药学服务能力,提高患者用药依从性,保证患者用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the propaganda points of medication guidance for patients with chronic heart failure provided by clinical pharmacists. METHODS:110"pharmaceutical care lists for patients with chronic heart failure"were analyzed retrospectively,combing with clinical pharmacists daily medication education record and experience,and literature retrieval,to summarize routine medication education points for patients with chronic heart failure. RESULTS:The points of medication education involved medication items of elderly patients,diuretics,ACEI,β-receptor blockers,digoxin,aldosterone,lipid-regulationg agents,etc. CONCLUSIONS:It contributes to improve pharmaceutical care ability of pharmacists and compliance of patients,and guarantee the safety of drug use that propaganda points have been mastered and implemented.更多还原
