【摘要】 目的:了解住院患者麻醉药品的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用限定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI)作为评价药物利用的客观指标,对我院2012年8月-2013年7月住院患者使用的麻醉药品进行统计、分析。结果:我院有麻醉药品12种,包括注射剂6种、口服片剂5种、外用贴剂1种。药品金额排前3位的麻醉药品是注射用瑞芬太尼、舒芬太尼注射液、芬太尼透皮贴剂。麻醉药品消耗主要分布在肿瘤内科、微创介入科、麻醉科、普外科、重症监护室等。芬太尼透皮贴剂、可待因片、吗啡缓释片、羟考酮缓释片(40 mg/片)和硫酸吗啡片的DUI>1,其余7种麻醉药品的DUI<1。结论:我院麻醉药品消耗基本用于肿瘤患者及手术麻醉和镇痛中,符合麻醉药品用药管理规定。其中,手术镇痛以舒芬太尼注射液、芬太尼注射液为主,癌痛治疗以羟考酮缓释片、吗啡注射液为主。我院癌性疼痛患者的镇痛用药方向符合世界卫生组织要求,但是消耗量和DUI仍偏小,特别是口服剂型。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To probe into the utilization of narcotic drugs in the inpatients so as to provide reference for rational drug use. METHODS:The utilization of narcotic drugs in the inpatients of our hospital during Aug. 2012- Jul. 2013 was analyzed statistically using DDD and DUI as index. RESULTS:12 kinds of narcotic drugs were used in our hospital,including 6 injections,5 oral tablets and 1 external patch. Remifentanil for injection,Sufentanil citrate injection and Fentanyl transdermal patch took up the top 3 places in the list of consumption. The narcotic drugs were mainly used in oncology department,minimally-invasive intervention department,department of anesthesiology,department of general surgery and ICU,etc. DUI was less than 1 among these drugs except for Fentanyl transdermal patch,Codeine tablets,Morphine tablets,Oxycodone sulfate sustained-release tablets(40 mg/tablet)and Morphine sulfate tablets. CONCLUSIONS:The narcotic drugs of our hospital are mostly used in cancer patients,operative anesthesia and analgesia. Sufentanil injection and Fentanyl injection were used for surgical anesthesia,and Oxycodone sustained-release tablets and Morphine injection for cancer pain. The utilization of analgesic drugs in cancer pain patients is in line with the requirements of WHO,but consumption and DUI of them are in low level,especially for oral form.更多还原
