【摘要】 为研究金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)诱导嗜酸乳杆菌(L.acidophilus)抑菌活性作用,本实验利用牛津杯法、高效液相色谱法以及real-time PCR方法,检测L.acidophilus与不同比例的S.aureus混合培养接种处理后培养液抑菌圈大小变化、乳酸含量、乳酸脱氢酶活力变化以及L.acidophilus的ldh和glyA基因表达量的变化。结果表明,L.acidophilus与1%S.aureus混合培养12 h后与10%混合培养组及L.acidophilus单独培养对照组相比,抑菌圈直径增加最明显,乳酸含量和乳酸脱氢酶活力增加显著,ldh基因和glyA基因表达量达到峰值,表明与1%S.aureus混合培养具有诱导L.acidophilus产生最强抑菌作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 For studying the role of antibacterial activity about Lactobacillus acidophilus for Staphylococcus aureus induced,Oxford cup method, HPLC, and real-time PCR method were used to detect inhibition zone size, lactic acid content, lactate dehydrogenase activity and changes of ldh and glyA gene of expression levels in the L.acidophilus liquid culture with mixed with different proportions of S.aureus treated. The results showed that, for 12 hours, L.acidophilus mixed with 1% S.aureus culture was compared with that mixed with 10% S.aureus culture and the control group(L.acidophilus cultured alone), the inhibition zone diameter increased most obviously, lactic acid content and lactate dehydrogenase activity increased significantly, ldh gene and glyA gene expression levels peaked, then L.acidophilus mixed with 1% S.aureus culture was induced produce the strongest inhibitory effect.更多还原
