【摘要】 作为一门新兴学科,营养活性物质组学具有广阔的研究和应用前景,以该理论为指导研制的复合菌培养物含有多种营养活性物质(如葡聚糖、甘露聚糖、有机酸、寡肽等);同单一营养活性物质相比,营养活性物质组学更强调几种活性物质的整体作用效果。本文综述了营养活性物质组学的基本原理,及其在复合菌培养物研发中的应用,以期为该理论的深入研究提供参考。

【Abstract】 Nutricinomics, as an emerging subject, has a promisin g prospect. Compound bacteria culture, which was developed by this theory, contains 4 major nutricines- glucan, mannan, organic acid and polypeptide. Compared with the single nutricines, nutricinomics more emphasizes on the overall effect of several active substances. This paper which overviews the basic principle of nutricinomics and its application in the development of compound bacteria culture provides a reference for the deeper study of nutricinomics.
