【摘要】 目的对某制药公司的利巴韦林建设项目职业病危害控制效果进行评价,以确定其职业病防护设施的效果。方法采用职业卫生现场调查,通过对工作场所职业病危害因素进行检测与分析,对劳动者进行职业健康检查与分析,并结合检查表法和经验法对职业病防护设施和职业卫生管理制度进行综合评价。结果检查表分析显示各项指标均符合要求,主要职业病危害因素检测结果基本符合国家职业卫生标准限值,乙酸酐<4.0 mg/m3,乙酸的CSTEL<8.0 mg/m3,甲醇的CSTEL<1.3~26 mg/m3,氨的CSTEL0.15~2.75 mg/m3,盐酸<0.5~0.88 mg/m3,氢氧化钠<0.02~0.10 mg/m3;8 h等效噪声70.8~86.0 dB(A),WBGT指数26.9~30.3℃。职业健康检查未发现有职业病或疑似职业病患者。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重项目,其职业病防护设施有效,管理制度得到落实,能有效保护劳动者的健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazard factors in the ribavirin construction project of pharmaceutical company,prevent and control the occupational disease,ensure the effect of protection facilities and provide the technical basis for the occupational hygiene acceptance check of health administration department. Methods The occupation health field investigation,detection and analysis of occupation disease factors were carried out at the work place,the workers’ occupational health examination was inspected,and combined with the check list method and empirical method for the comprehensive evaluation of occupational disease prevention facilities and the occupation safety and health management system. Results Checklist showed that all indexes met the hygiene requirements. The main occupational risk factors were in accordance with national standards,acetic anhydride was < 4. 0 mg /m3,CSTELfar acetic acid was < 8. 0 mg /m3,CSTELformethanol was < 1. 3- 26. 0 mg /m3,CSTELfor ammonia was 0. 15- 2. 75 mg /m3,chlorhydric acid was <0.5-0. 88 mg /m3,sodium hydroxide was <0.02-0.10 mg/m3; Lex,8h was70.8-86.0 dB( A),WBGT was26.9-30.3℃.No patients with occupational diseases were diagnosed in the occupational health examination.
