【摘要】 目的探讨对宫颈癌的筛查方法及其在防治中的作用。方法 2012年3月至2012年8月,在绥化市第一医院妇科门诊行TCT检查的患者,年龄23~75岁,随机分为两组每组52例,一组宫颈液基细胞学检查阳性者行HPV检测,后再行阴道镜宫颈活检。一组宫颈液基细胞学检查阳性者直接行宫颈盲取活检。评价TCT检查联合HPV检测+阴道镜诊断宫颈病变的作用。结果 52例ASC-US患者,行HPVDNA检测,阳性率为33.33%,HPV-DNA阳性率差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 TCT+高危型HPV是宫颈癌筛查中的最有效的方式,也是首选方法。若联合阴道镜检查则更能提高宫颈癌的检出率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of cervical cancer screening methods in prevention of the disease.Methods Outpatients accepted TCT examination at our hosptial from March 2012 to August 2012,Age 23-75,were randomly divided into two groups( n = 52). The patients with positive liquid-based cervical cytology results in one group accepted HPV detection,followed by cervical biopsy,while those with positive TCT results in the other group accepted cervical biopsy only. The results were evaluated. Results Of the 52 cases of patients with ASCUS,the positive rate by HPV-DNA detection was 33. 33%,and the difference was significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion TCT combined with high-risk HPV detection is the most effective way,and the preferred method,for Cervical cancer screening,which,if performed jointly with colposcopy,can further improve the detection rate.更多还原
